Our Story
Half “Assed” Bar began with a simple conviction: that a well-made drink and a genuine welcome are the two things a community most deserves. Located on Lyford Street in the heart of Bland, we've carved out a space where the coffee is poured with the same care as the cocktails, where the food changes with the seasons, and where no two evenings feel the same.
Our bar program is built around classic techniques and locally sourced ingredients. We shake, stir, and garnish everything by hand — because shortcuts have no place at a counter this long. Whether you're stopping in for your morning pour or staying until the last call, the intention is the same: make it count.
The Experience
Step inside and you'll notice the light first — warm, low, and deliberately placed. It catches the edge of a glass, the grain of the bar top, the expression on a friend's face. We designed the space to slow you down.
